Summary: | The present invention relates to a ball grip for lighting and, more specifically, to a ball grip and a lighting apparatus using the same, which can be compact and lightweight, have a sturdy assembly structure, maximize the emission angle of a lamp, and easily and selectively adjust the length between a main body and lighting. The ball grip (1000) for lighting comprises: a grip unit member (1100) having a ball unit member stopping hole (1110) formed through one end thereof in an axial center direction, a grip assembly groove (1120) expanded from the ball unit member stopping hole, and a pressing screw part (1130) formed through the outer circumferential surface thereof; a ball unit member (1200) having a penetration hole (1210) formed in an axial center direction, a ball unit screw part (1220) fastened to a case by sequentially passing through the grip assembly groove and the ball unit member stopping hole, and a spherical surface part (1230) on the other end thereof to be prevented from passing through the ball unit member stopping hole (1110); a ball unit mounting member (1300) having a penetration hole (1310) in an axial center direction, a ball unit mounting part (1320) having a curved groove (1321) formed on one end thereof and communicating with the penetration hole to be inserted into the grip assembly groove and smoothly come contact with the spherical surface part and an inclination part (1322) having a prescribed length from the outer surface of the curved groove, and a ball unit mounting screw part (1330) on the other end thereof to be fastened to a case positioned on the grip assembly groove side of the grip unit member; and a fastening member (1400) fastened to the pressing screw part.
본 발명은 조명용 볼그립에 관한 것으로, 특히 콤팩트하면서도 경량화가 가능할 뿐만 아니라, 견고한 조립구조로 이루어짐은 물론, 조명등의 조사각도가 최대한 조사하는 것이 가능하게 되는 한편, 조명과 본체간의 길이를 선택적으로 조절하는 것이 매우 용이하도록 된 볼그립과 이를 이용한 조명장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 조명용 볼그립(1000)는, 일단에 축중심방향으로 관통형성된 볼유닛부재걸림구멍(1110)과, 이 볼유닛부재걸림구멍에서 확경된 그립조립홈(1120)과, 외주면에서 관통형성된 가압나사부(1130)가 형성된 그립유닛부재(1100)와, 축중심방향으로 관통구멍(1210)이 형성되고, 그립조립홈과 볼유닛부재걸림구멍을 순차적으로 통과하여 케이스에 체결된 볼유닛나사부(1220)와, 타단부에 볼유닛부재걸림구멍(1110)을 통과하지 못하도록 된 구표면부(1230)를 갖는 볼유닛부재(1200)와, 축중심방향으로 관통구멍(1310)이 형성되고, 일단부에 그립조립홈으로 끼워짐과 더불어 구표면부와 부드럽게 접촉이 이루어지도록 관통구멍과 연통형성된 곡면홈(1321)을 갖춤과 더불어, 곡면홈의 외부면으로는 경사부(1322)가 일정길이 이루어진 볼유닛안착부(1320)와, 타단부에 그립유닛부재의 그립조립홈쪽에 위치한 케이스에 체결할 수 있도록 된 볼유닛안착나사부(1330)를 갖춘 볼유닛안착부재(1300)와, 가압나사부에 체결되는 체결부재(1400)를 포함한다. |
