Disclosed is a fuel supply system for the fuel cell of a ship. The fuel supply system for the fuel cell of a ship according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a low-pressure compressor which receives the evaporation gas of liquefied gas from the storage tank of a ship to compress the same at a low pressure according to the supply condition required by the fuel cell; an evaporator which receives the liquefied gas from the storage tank to evaporate the same; a first supply line connecting the storage tank, the low-pressure compressor and the fuel cell; a second supply line which connects the storage tank, the evaporator and the rear end of the low-pressure compressor of the first supply line, and mixes the fluid evaporated by the evaporator with the evaporation gas compressed by the low-pressure compressor; and a heater which is disposed at the first supply line, and heats the mixed fluid according to the supply condition required by the fuel cell. Therefore, fuel may be supplied according to the supply condition of a fuel cell. 선박의 연료전지용 연료공급시스템이 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 의한 선박의 연료전지용 연료공급시스템은 선박의 저장탱크로부터 액화가스의 증발가스를 공급받아 연료전지가 요구하는 공급조건에 맞게 저압으로 압축시키는 저압압축기; 저장탱크로부터 액화가스를 공급받아 기화시키는 기화기; 저장탱크, 저압압축기 및 연료전지를 연결하는 제1공급라인; 저장탱크, 기화기 및 제1공급라인의 저압압축기 후단을 연결하며, 기화기에 의해 기화된 유체를 저압압축기에 의해 압축된 증발가스와 혼합시키는 제2공급라인; 및 제1공급라인에 마련되며, 혼합된 유체를 연료전지가 요구하는 공급조건에 맞게 가열시키는 가열기;를 포함한다.
