According to one aspect, the overhead console device comprises: a touch pad; and a control unit controlling the lamp of a driver's seat, the lamp of a passenger's seat, and a sunroof device based on a type and a direction of touch input inputted to the touch pad. 물리적인 버튼 스위치를 제거하고 단일 터치패드를 이용하여 램프 및 선루프를 제어할 수 있는 오버헤드콘솔 장치가 개시된다. 일 측면에 따른 오버헤드콘솔 장치는, 터치패드; 및 상기 터치패드에 입력되는 터치 입력의 종류 및 방향에 기초하여 운전석 램프, 조수석 램프 및 선루프 장치를 제어하는 제어부를 포함한다.
