Summary:The present invention discloses a method for evaluating effectiveness on design of a physical protection facility, capable of evaluating design information on a protection facility by calculating effectiveness of the physical protection facility. According to embodiments of the present invention, the method for evaluating effectiveness on design of a physical protection facility includes: a step in which an electronic device receives input of design data on the protection facility; a step in which the electronic device generates BIM model information by analyzing a sill, a door, a window, or a fence included in the design data; a step in which the electronic device searches one or more paths by considering one or more edges or one or more nodes included in the BIM model information; and a step in which the electronic device calculates an effectiveness value of a first physical protection facility based on a first stop probability value and a first incapacitation probability value of a first path among the one or more paths. 본 개시의 실시예들에 따르면, 전자 장치가 방호시설의 설계 데이터를 입력 받는 단계; 상기 전자 장치가 상기 설계 데이터에 포함된 실, 문, 창문, 또는 펜스를 분석하여 BIM 모델 정보를 생성하는 단계; 상기 전자 장치가 상기 BIM 모델 정보에 포함된 하나 이상의 노드 또는 하나 이상의 엣지를 고려하여 하나 이상의 동선을 하나 이상의 경로를 검색하는 단계; 및 상기 전자 장치가 하나 이상의 경로들 중에서, 제1 경로의 제1 저지 확률값 및 제1 무력화 확률값을 기초로 상기 제1 물리적 방호 시설의 유효성 값을 산출하는 단계;를 포함하는, 물리적 방호 시설의 설계에 대한 유효성을 평가하는 방법을 개시한다.
