The present invention generally relates to golf shoes with a lace-tightening system. The golf shoes of the present invention comprise an upper, an insole, and a sole. The upper includes various lace guides separated at intervals. The lace is passed through by the guides and is tightened or loosened by a rotational dial mounted on the shoe. The lace-tightening system uses a power shroud to close a top of a foot around the foot, thereby fixing the shoe to provide a comfortable wearing sensation, wherein the power shroud may have a fiber-reinforcing composite strip. The insole provides cushion to the shoe. The sole preferably includes multiple traction members to provide excellent stability and contact with the ground.
