An apparatus for making transparent ice cubes according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises an ice making tray having an inner space in which ice making water is contained; a refrigerant pipe that is a refrigerant pipe having a refrigerant passage therein, wherein the refrigerant pipe is formed to extend from one end to the other end of the ice making tray above the ice making tray and includes a plurality of immersion pipes branching to the inner space of the ice making tray and immersed in the ice making tray; and a paddle structure rotatably disposed in the inner space of the ice making tray and driven to stir the ice making water.
