Summary:A cross-structured milling PCD composite cutter includes a cutter body, wherein the cutter body has a cutting part formed at a front end and a holding part formed at a rear end, the cutting part includes two pairs of chip discharge grooves arranged to cross each other in the axial direction, a PCD insert is fixed in the chip discharge groove, a main coolant hole is formed in the cutter body, an inner cooling hole is formed in the chip discharge groove, and the inner cooling hole communicates with the main coolant hole. A product according to the present invention can primarily process a hole and the opposite side of the hole, and omits a dedicated cutter for hole processing, thereby reducing the number of cutters, reducing costs, and improving processing efficiency. 교차 구조의 밀링용 PCD 복합 커터는, 커터 바디를 포함하고, 커터 바디는 전단에 절삭부가 형성되고 후단에 홀딩부가 형성되어 있으며, 절삭부는 축방향으로 교차하여 배열된 2쌍의 칩 배출홈을 포함하고, 칩 배출홈 내에는 PCD 인서트가 고정되어 있으며, 커터 바디 내에는 메인 냉각액 홀이 형성되고, 칩 배출홈 내에는 내측 냉각 홀이 형성되어 있으며, 내측 냉각 홀은 메인 냉각액 홀과 연통된다. 본 발명에 따른 제품은 홀 및 홀의 정반면을 일차적으로 가공할수 있으며, 홀 가공용 전용 커터를 생략하여 커터 수량을 줄이고 원가를 절감하고 가공 효율을 향상시킨다.
