An auxiliary work clothing using an interchangeable elastic unit according to the present invention comprises: an upper body wearing unit which is configured to surround the lumbar in a waist support; a shoulder fixing unit which is worn on shoulders of a wearer; a main elastic unit which is interchangeably connected between the upper body wearing unit and the shoulder fixing unit; a chest belt which is placed on a chest of the wearer, connects both sides of the shoulder fixing unit to be able to adjust a distance and prevents shoulder strings from sliding down; a pair of lower body fixing unit which are fixed to each of knees of the wearer; and an auxiliary elastic unit of which one end is coupled to each of left and right of a lower part in the upper body wearing unit, and the other one is connected to the lower body fixing unit to assist muscular strengths of the spine and the lower body, thereby providing additional resilience along with the main elastic unit when the wearer sits down and stands up. The main elastic unit is in that an upper end thereof is coupled to each of the left and right lower side of the shoulder fixing unit and the other end thereof is connected to the upper body wearing unit, thereby assisting muscular strengths of the spine, and a Velcro capable of adjusting a length thereof is provided. The auxiliary work clothing using an elastic band reduces pressures applied to the spine to improve work efficiencies and prevent musculoskeletal system disorders. 본 발명에 따른 교체 가능한 탄성부를 이용한 보조 작업복은 복대 형식으로 요추를 감싸도록 이루어지는 상지 착용부; 착용자의 어깨에 착용되는 어깨 고정부; 상기 상지 착용부와 어깨 고정부 간에 교체 가능한 상태로 연결되는 메인 탄성부; 착용자의 가슴 부위 상에 배치되어져 상기 어깨 고정부의 양측 간을 거리 조절 가능하도록 연결함으로써 어깨끈의 흘러내림을 방지하는 체스트 벨트; 착용자의 무릎 부위 각각에 고정되는 한쌍의 하지 고정부; 및 일단이 상기 상지 착용부의 하측 좌우 각각에 결합되고 타단이 상기 하지 고정부에 연결되어 척추와 하지의 근력을 보조하는 동시에 연결하여 착용자가 앉았다가 일어날 때에 상기 메인 탄성부와 함께 추가적인 복원력을 제공하는 보조 탄성부;를 포함하고, 상기 메인 탄성부는 상단이 상기 어깨 고정부의 하측 좌우 각각에 결합되고 타단이 상지 착용부에 연결되어 척추의 근력을 보조하며, 길이조정이 가능한 밸크로를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
