Summary: | An objective of the present invention is to prevent a pigment dispersion from gelling when preparing the pigment dispersion containing a black pigment or a colored pigment, prevent the viscosity of the pigment dispersion from changing during storage, and increase the dispersibility of the pigment. According to the present invention, a black pigment dispersion comprises: a black pigment; a dispersant which is copolymer formed of a monomer A having a structure of chemical formula 1, a monomer B having a basic functional group having a structure of chemical formula 2, and a monomer C capable of being polymerized with the monomer A and the monomer B, wherein an amine value is 120 mgKOH/g or more and 200 mgKOH/g or less; and an epoxy (meth)acrylate resin having a molecular weight of 10,000 to 20,000 and an acid value of 50 to 150 mgKOH/g. In the case of colored pigments, a pigment derivative having a sulfonic acid group in a quinophthalone skeleton is used.

[해결수단] 흑색 안료; 분산제로서 화학식 1의 구조를 갖는 단량체 A; 화학식 2의 구조를 갖는, 염기성 관능기를 갖는 단량체 B; 단량체 A 및 단량체 B와 중합 가능한 단량체 C로 구성되는 공중합체로서, 아민가가 120mgKOH/g 이상 200mgKOH/g 이하인 분산제; 분자량 10000 이상 20000 이하이고, 또한 산가가 50 mgKOH/ g 이상 150mgKOH/g 이하인 에폭시(메타)아크릴레이트 수지를 병용한다. 유채색 안료의 경우에는 또한 퀴노프탈론 골격에 설폰산기를 갖는 안료 유도체를 병용한다. |
