Summary:Disclosed is a patch-type apparatus for diagnosing sinusitis. The patch-type apparatus for diagnosing sinusitis comprises: a patch member which is made of a transparent adhesive material and is attached to the skin around the nose adjacent to the paranasal sinus area, and detects the reflected optical signal after irradiating light into the paranasal sinus area; and a main body which is electrically connected to the patch member, receives signal intensity data of the optical signal detected from the patch member, and calculates the moisture content in the paranasal sinus using the received signal intensity data. The patch member includes a light irradiation unit which irradiates multi-wavelength near infrared (NIR) rays to the paranasal sinus area and a light detection unit which measures the reflected signal intensity for each wavelength of the light signal reflected and diffused from the paranasal sinus area and includes a plurality of optical sensors arranged sequentially away from the light irradiation unit. The main body includes a control unit which calculates reflectance using the measured reflected signal intensity, calculates light absorbance using the calculated reflectance, and calculates moisture content in the paranasal sinuses using the calculated light absorbance. Accordingly, the present invention can be easily used by users. 부비동염 진단용 패치형 장치가 개시된다. 부비동염 진단용 패치형 장치는, 투명한 점착성 재질로 형성되어 부비동 부위에 인접한 코 주변 피부에 부착되며, 부비동 부위로 광을 조사한 후 반사된 광신호를 검출하는 패치부재 및 패치부재와 전기적으로 연결되어 패치부재로부터 검출된 광신호의 신호세기 데이터를 수신하고, 수신된 신호세기 데이터를 이용하여 부비동 내의 수분함량을 산출하는 본체를 포함하되, 패치부재는, 부비동 부위에 다파장의 근적외선(NIR: Near Infrared)을 조사하는 광조사부 및 부비동 부위로부터 반사 및 확산된 광신호의 파장별 반사신호세기를 측정하며, 광조사부로부터 순차적으로 멀어지도록 배치된 복수의 광센서를 포함하는 광검출부를 포함하고, 본체는, 측정된 반사신호세기를 이용하여 반사도(Reflectance)를 산출하고, 산출된 반사도를 이용하여 광흡수도를 산출하고, 산출된 광흡수도를 이용하여 부비동 내의 수분함량을 산출하는 제어부를 포함한다.
