According to various embodiments, an interior provision server for providing interiors and exteriors based on a life pattern comprises: an information acquisition unit which acquires, from a user terminal, information on an interior structure of a house used by a user; a space analysis unit which divides an interior space of the house into a plurality of residential spaces based on the interior structure information and determines an appropriate arrangement value corresponding to the number of furniture to be placed in each of the divided residential spaces; a furniture arrangement unit which arranges the furniture in each of the residential spaces according to the number of furniture determined based on the appropriate arrangement value and generates a layout plan including the arranged furniture; a sample plan determination unit which determines a sample plan similar to the generated layout plan; and a finishing material determination unit which determines wallpaper and flooring materials which match the determined sample plan.
