Summary:An underground road network traffic control method and device are disclosed. The underground road network traffic control method comprises the steps of: (a) collecting detection results of detecting vehicle traffic at an inflow part of a main underground road and a connecting ramp entrance part in a target road section, wherein the detection results are a traffic volume and vehicle speed according to vehicle traffic; (b) calculating a traffic volume-to-capacity ratio (V/C ratio) for the main underground road using the traffic volume of the main underground road; (c) calculating a speed difference value between a vehicle speed collected at the inflow part of the main underground road and a vehicle speed collected at the connecting ramp entrance part; and (d) determining a designated object risk level using the traffic volume-to-capacity ratio (V/C ratio) and the speed difference value based on a designated object analysis table. Accordingly, the risk of delay and/or congestion can be analyzed considering the traffic conditions of a main underground road and a connecting ramp. 지하도로네트워크 교통제어 방법 및 그 장치가 개시된다. 지하도로네트워크 교통제어 방법은 (a) 대상 도로 구간에서 지하도로 본선의 유입부와 연결 램프 진입부에서 차량 통행을 감지한 감지 결과를 각각 수집하는 단계-상기 감지 결과는 차량 통행에 따른 교통량과 차량 속도임; (b) 상기 지하도로 본선의 교통량을 이용하여 상기 지하도로 본선에 대한 교통량 대 용량비(V/C 비)를 산출하는 단계; (c) 상기 지하도로 본선의 유입부에서 수집된 차량 속도와 상기 연결 램프 진입부에서 수집된 차량 속도간의 속도 차이값을 산출하는 단계; 및 (d) 지정체 분석 테이블에 기초하여 상기 교통량 대 용량비(V/C 비)와 상기 속도 차이값을 이용하여 지정체 위험 단계를 결정하는 단계를 포함한다.
