A method of manufacturing a display device comprises: a step of providing a mother substrate including a first cell area, a second cell area, and a peripheral area; a step of forming first align keys arranged in a first direction in a peripheral area on a mother substrate to be adjacent to a first side of each of the first and second light emitting structures while forming first and second light emitting structures, respectively, in first and second cell regions on the mother substrate; a step of forming a photoresist along the second direction on the first and second light emitting structures so as not to overlap with the first align keys using a coater; a step of rotating the mother substrate at a predetermined angle; and a step of moving the exposure machine along the direction in which the first align keys are arranged to irradiate the photoresist with light.
