Provided are a fiber-reinforced composite composition comprising a polypropylene resin, a carbon fiber, acid-modified polypropylene, and a hard nucleating agent, wherein the hard nucleating agent includes methylglycine sodium salt; a fiber-reinforced composite material prepared from the fiber-reinforced composite material composition; and a molded article including the fiber-reinforced composite material. One embodiment of the present invention relates to the fiber-reinforced composite composition, which is lightweight, recyclable, has high productivity, is capable of injection molding and providing excellent strength and stiffness at the same time. 폴리프로필렌 수지, 탄소섬유, 산 변성 폴리프로필렌 및 강성핵제를 포함하고, 상기 강성핵제는 메틸글리신 나트륨염을 포함하는 섬유강화 복합재 조성물, 상기 섬유강화 복합재 조성물로부터 제조된 섬유강화 복합재 및 상기 섬유강화 복합재를 포함하는 성형품이 제공된다.
