Summary:The present invention relates to a technology for a sensor network, machine-to-machine (M2M) communication, machine-type communication (MTC), and an Internet of Things (IoT). The present invention relates to a technology for a sensor network, machine-to-machine (M2M) communication, machine-type communication (MTC), and an Internet of Things (IoT). The method and the apparatus of the present invention can be applied to smart services such as a smart home, a smart building, a smart city, a smart car, or a connected car, health care, digital education, a retail business, a security and safety-related service, and the like, based on the technology. According to various embodiments of the present invention, provided are the method for performing inter-UE coordination in sidelink communication and the procedure for allowing a terminal to perform resource allocation thereby. Accordingly, the performance of resource allocation in the sidelink communication can be enhanced. In addition, power consumption of the terminal can be minimized. 본 개시는 센서 네트워크(Sensor Network), 사물 통신(Machine to Machine, M2M), MTC(Machine Type Communication) 및 사물 인터넷(Internet of Things, IoT)을 위한 기술과 관련된 것이다. 본 개시는 상기 기술을 기반으로 하는 지능형 서비스(스마트 홈, 스마트 빌딩, 스마트 시티, 스마트 카 혹은 커넥티드 카, 헬스 케어, 디지털 교육, 소매업, 보안 및 안전 관련 서비스 등)에 활용될 수 있다. 본 개시에서 제안하는 다양한 실시예들을 통해 사이드링크 통신에서 단말 간 협력(Inter-UE coordination) 방법 그리고 이를 통해 단말이 자원 선택을 수행하는 절차가 제공된다. 이에 따르면, 사이드링크 통신에서 자원 선택(Resource allocation)의 성능을 향상 시킬 수 있다. 또한, 단말의 전력 소비를 최소화할 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
