An electronic device may include: memory; a processor; a communication circuit; and an antenna. The antenna may include: an insulating sheet; a meander-shaped antenna pattern disposed on the insulating sheet; a first magnetic sheet layer positioned on a first surface of the insulating sheet; and a second magnetic sheet layer positioned on a second surface of the insulating sheet. The first magnetic sheet layer and the second magnetic sheet layer include a plurality of magnetic sheets disposed at predetermined intervals, each having a first region.
