Summary:In the present invention, disclosed is an oil emulsion adsorbent for separating oil emulsion from wastewater containing oil emulsion. The oil emulsion adsorbent of the present invention includes: a first outer skin layer comprising a non-woven fabric, a first hydrophilic layer located below the first outer skin layer and containing activated carbon; a hydrophobic adsorption layer located below the first hydrophilic layer and containing non-woven fabric and activated carbon; a second hydrophilic layer located below the hydrophobic adsorption layer and containing activated carbon; and a second outer skin layer located below the second hydrophilic layer and containing non-woven fabric. The oil emulsion adsorbent of the present invention forms a hydrophilic activated carbon layer on the outside of the hydrophobic adsorption layer containing hydrophobic activated carbon to prevent secondary contamination due to re-release of the adsorbed oil emulsion, and in particular, a corrugated structure is applied to the hydrophobic adsorption layer to be lightweight and sturdy and have excellent oil emulsion adsorption capacity. 본 발명에서는 오일에멀젼을 함유한 폐수에서 오일에멀젼을 분리하는 오일에멀젼 흡착재에 대하여 개시한다. 본 발명의 오일에멀젼 흡착재는, 부직포를 포함하는 제1 외피층과, 제1 외피층 하부에 위치하며 활성탄을 포함하는 제1 친수성층과, 제1 친수성층 하부에 위치하며 부직포와 활성탄을 포함하는 소수성 흡착층과, 소수성 흡착층 하부에 위치하며 활성탄을 포함하는 제2 친수성층과, 제2 친수성층 하부에 위치하며 부직포를 포함하는 제2 외피층을 포함한다. 본 발명의 오일에멀젼 흡착재는, 소수성 활성탄을 포함하는 소수성 흡착층의 외부에 친수성 활성탄층을 형성하여 흡착된 오일에멀젼의 재방출로 인한 이차오염을 방지하고, 특히 소수성 흡착층에 코러게이트 구조를 적용하여 가볍고 견고하며 오일에멀젼 흡착능력이 우수하다.
