A PT failure detection device of a three-phase integrated MOF of the present invention may include: a voltage measurement unit for measuring voltages of secondary side voltage terminals of the MOF; a current measurement unit for measuring currents of secondary side current terminals of the MOF; a current vector calculation unit for calculating a three-phase current vector from the current values measured by the current measurement unit; a voltage vector calculation unit for calculating the three-phase voltage vector from the voltage values measured by the voltage measurement unit; and a PT failure determination unit for determining whether the PT of the MOF has failed from the three-phase current vector and the three-phase voltage vector. 본 발명의 3상 일체형 MOF의 PT 고장검출 장치는, MOF의 2차측 전압 단자들에 대한 전압을 측정하는 전압 측정부; MOF의 2차측 전류 단자들에 대한 전류를 측정하는 전류 측정부; 상기 전류 측정부에서 측정된 전류값들로부터 3상 전류 벡터를 산출하는 전류 벡터 산출부; 상기 전압 측정부에서 측정된 전압값들로부터 3상 전압 벡터를 산출하는 전압 벡터 산출부; 및 상기 3상 전류 벡터 및 상기 3상 전압 벡터로부터 MOF의 PT 고장 여부를 판단하는 PT 고장 판정부를 포함할 수 있다.
