The protective film includes: a porous first layer including polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and polyacrylic acid (PAA); and a porous second layer disposed on the first layer and including a styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer. 본 발명은 리튬 전극용 보호막 및 이를 포함하는 리튬이차전지용 리튬 전극에 관한 것이다. 상기 보호막은 폴리비닐알콜(Polyvinyl alcohol, PVA) 및 폴리아크릴산(Polyacrylic acid, PAA)을 포함하고, 다공성인 제1 층; 및 상기 제1 층 상에 위치하고 스티렌-부타디엔-스티렌 블록 공중합체(Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene Block Copolymer)를 포함하며 다공성인 제2 층;을 포함한다.
