Summary:A method and apparatus for matching a 3D model with a photographed image of a structure and are provided. The matching apparatus acquires a 3D model of a structure to which a global 3D coordinate system is mapped, and acquires a photographed image of the structure. Thereafter, coordinate information of the photographed image is extracted, and a location of the photographed image is extracted by matching the 3D model and the photographed image using the extracted coordinate information. And, the location of the defect of the structure is obtained from the photographed image based on information related to the photographing of the photographed image. 구조물 촬영 영상과 3차원 모델의 정합 방법 및 장치가 제공된다. 정합 장치가, 글로벌 3차원 좌표계가 매핑된 구조물의 3차원 모델을 획득하고, 상기 구조물을 촬영한 촬영 영상을 획득한다. 이후, 촬영 영상의 좌표 정보를 추출하고, 추출된 좌표 정보를 이용하여 3차원 모델과 촬영 영상의 정합을 수행하여 상기 촬영 영상이 촬영된 위치를 추출한다. 그리고 상기 촬영 영상의 촬영에 관련된 정보를 기반으로 상기 촬영 영상에서 상기 구조물의 결함의 위치를 획득한다.
