The present invention relates to a heat exchange device using exhaust heat of a switchboard cooling device. A switchboard includes a power apparatus, a control apparatus for controlling the power apparatus, and a cooling device for cooling the power apparatus. The switchboard includes: an air outlet unit mounted on the cooling device to take out warm air discharged from the cooling device; and a heat exchange unit mounted on a cabinet which is connected to the air outlet unit through a transfer medium and surrounds the control apparatus to supply heat to the control apparatus while the warm air taken out circulates. The control apparatus for controlling the power apparatus prevents overheating in the summer and cooling in the winter and prevents a fire hazard by removing moisture, which is a cause of deterioration. 본 발명은 배전반 냉각장치의 배기열을 이용한 열교환장치에 관한 것으로, 전력기기, 전력기기를 제어하는 제어기기, 전력기기를 냉각하는 냉각장치를 포함하는 배전반에 있어서, 냉각장치에서 배출되는 따뜻한 공기를 취출하도록 냉각장치에 장착되는 공기취출부, 공기취출부와 이송라인을 매개로 연결되며 취출된 따뜻한 공기가 순환하며 제어기기에 열을 공급하도록 제어기기를 감싸는 캐비닛에 장착되는 열교환부를 포함하여 전력기기를 제어하는 제어기기가 하절기에 과열되는 것을 방지하고 동절기에 냉각되는 것을 방지하며, 열화 발생 원인인 습기를 제거하여 화재 위험을 예방한다.
