A flame retardant porous yarn manufacturing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a spinning unit where melt for spinning is discharged; a cooling unit that cools the melt for spinning discharged from the spinning unit to form a yarn; a drawing unit that draws the yarn; a heat treatment unit that heat-treats the yarn while the stretching unit stretches the yarn; and a flame retardant application unit including a flame retardant spray nozzle for spraying a flame retardant on the yarn. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 난연성 다공형 원사 제조 장치는, 방사용 용융물이 토출되는 방사부; 방사부로부터 토출되는 방사용 용융물을 냉각시켜 원사를 형성하는 냉각부; 원사를 연신하는 연신부; 연신부가 원사를 연신하는 과정 중 원사를 열처리하는 열처리부; 및 원사에 난연제를 분무하는 난연제 분무 노즐을 포함하는 난연제 도포부를 포함할 수 있다.
