Summary:A video surveillance system that provides a linkage tracking function for multi-camera lineage tracking includes: a plurality of omnidirectional multi-panoramic cameras that have at least mutually overlapping photographing areas and photograph some of the surveillance areas; and a control part that detects at least one tracking object including people and vehicles for tracking in images photographed from each of the plurality of omnidirectional multi-panoramic cameras, extracts feature information of the detected at least one tracking object, and tracks the detected at least one tracking object using the extracted feature information. 다중카메라 연계추적을 위한 연계추적기능을 제공하는 영상감시시스템은 적어도 상호 중첩되는 촬영영역을 갖고 감시영역 중 일부 감시영역을 촬영하는 복수의 전방향 멀티파노라믹 카메라 및 복수의 전방향 멀티파노라믹 카메라 각각으로부터 촬영된 영상에서 추적을 위한 사람과 차량을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 추적오브젝트를 검출하고, 검출된 적어도 하나의 추적오브젝트의 특징정보를 추출하며, 추출된 특징정보를 이용하여 검출된 적어도 하나의 추적오브젝트를 추적하는 제어부를 포함한다.
