According to the present invention, a hairpin supply device for a motor comprises: a guide unit in which a plurality of hairpins for a motor manufactured by being formed in a downwardly inclined shape slide from one side to the other side by their own weights; a separation unit prepared on the other side of the guide unit and individually separating the hairpins sliding to the other side of the guide unit; a placing unit positioned at a distance downward from the other side of the guide unit, wherein the hairpins individually separated from the separation unit are moved downward by their own weights and are placed on the placing unit; and an alignment unit that moves the hairpins placed on the placing unit and aligns them at a predetermined interval. 본 발명에 따르면 하방으로 기울어진 형태로 형성되어 제조된 복수 개의 모터용 헤어핀이 자중에 의해 일측에서 타측으로 슬라이딩되는 가이드부; 가이드부 타측에 마련되어 가이드부의 타측으로 슬라이딩된 헤어핀을 낱개로 분리하는 분리부; 가이드부의 타측에서 하방으로 이격되어 위치되고, 분리부에서 낱개로 분리된 헤어핀이 자중에 의해 하측으로 이동되어 안착되는 안착부; 및 안착부에 안착된 헤어핀을 이동시켜 일정 간격으로 정렬하는 정렬부;를 포함하는 모터용 헤어핀 공급 장치가 소개된다.
