The present invention relates to a public transportation arrival information system using a turn information system, comprising: a turn determining module for determining a waiting turn of a user and transmitting the same to a turn issuing machine or printing and outputting the same in response to a turn issuance request from the user or the turn issuing machine; a traffic information receiving module for receiving information on public transportation arrival at a public transportation stop placed adjacently from a public transportation information providing server; and a screen display control module for displaying a call number for each window in a first allocation region of a display terminal according to the input of a window call signal and displaying information on public transportation arrival in a second allocation region other than the first allocation region of the display device. 본 발명은 순번 안내 시스템을 활용한 대중교통 도착 안내 시스템에 관한 것으로, 이용자 혹은 순번 발권기로부터의 순번발급요청에 응답하여 이용자의 대기순번을 결정해 상기 순번 발권기로 전송하거나 인쇄 출력하는 순번 결정모듈과; 대중교통정보 제공서버로부터 주변에 위치하는 대중교통 정류장의 대중교통 도착관련 정보를 수신하는 교통정보 수신모듈과; 창구 호출신호 입력에 따라 표시 단말기의 제1할당영역에 창구별 호출번호를 표시하되, 상기 표시 단말기의 또 다른 제2할당영역에 대중교통 도착관련 정보를 표시하는 화면표시 제어모듈;을 포함함을 특징으로 한다.
