Summary:The present invention relates to an electrolyzed water circulation type high-efficiency sodium hypochlorite generator, and more specifically, to an electrolyzed water circulation type high-efficiency sodium hypochlorite generator of an electrode-free cleaning method capable of withdrawing a certain amount of salt electrolyzed water in an electrolytic tank to the outside for temperature control through heat exchange, and mixing the salt electrolyzed water and inflow dilute salt water by recovering and reusing electrolytic reaction heat and circulating and mixing the salt electrolyzed water in order to effectively prevent electrode adsorption of a scale component as a cleaning action of preprocessing and neutralizing scale-cause components such as particles and cations in the inflow dilute salt water for surface activation. Since the present invention mixes the dilute salt water and produced sodium hypochlorite by applying a method of circulating electrolyzed water in an electrolysis tank, the present invention efficiently induces electrolysis and removes a scale without a separate cleaning process. 본 발명은 전해수 순환식 고효율 차아염소산나트륨 발생장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 전해조 내 일정량의 차염 전해수를 외부 인출 후 열교환을 통해 온도 조절 및 전해반응열의 회수 재이용과 동시에 차염 전해수를 회류 순환시켜 유입 희석염수와 혼합함으로써, 유입 희석염수 내 미립자와 양이온 등의 스케일 원인 성분을 전처리로 중화시켜 표면활성하는 세정 작용으로, 스케일 성분의 전극 흡착을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있는 전극 무세정 전해수 순환식 고효율 차아염소산나트륨 발생장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 전기분해조의 전해수를 순환시키는 방식을 채택하여 희석염수와 생산 차아염소산나트륨을 혼합하여, 효율적인 전기분해를 유도하고, 별도의 세정 과정 없이도 스케일을 제거하는 효과가 있다.
