The present invention relates to a covering type touch-switch structure. The covering type touch-switch structure according to one embodiment of the present invention is configured to comprise: a seat housing embedded in a seat of a vehicle and fastened to a seat frame; a switch housing that is inserted into the seat housing, and whose outer surface is hooked and coupled to the seat housing; a light emitting unit inserted inside the switch housing, and stacked on an upper part of the seat frame; and a knob unit in which at least one part is inserted inside the switch housing, and which is stacked on an upper part of the light emitting unit. Therefore, the present invention can prevent a malfunction. 본 발명은 커버링 타입 터치식 스위치 구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 커버링 타입 터치식 스위치 구조는 차량의 시트에 매설되어 시트 프레임에 체결되는 시트 하우징, 시트 하우징에 인입되고 외곽면이 시트 하우징과 후크 결합되는 스위치 하우징, 스위치 하우징 내부에 인입되고, 시트 프레임 상부에 적층되는 발광 유닛 및 스위치 하우징 내부에 적어도 일부가 인입되고, 발광 유닛의 상부에 적층되는 노브 유닛을 포함하도록 구성된다.
