In the present invention, disclosed are a facility management system and method using an electronic pen and a smart tag. The facility management system of an embodiment is a facility management system that records the inspection results of facilities and inputs and manages the recorded information in an electronic device. The facility management system comprises: a smart tag on the surface of which a code pattern capable of identifying tag information including information about a specific facility and user record information is formed; an electronic pen that records inspection results in the smart tag by a user's operation and simultaneously collects pen data based on the code pattern; and a management terminal that receives and analyzes pen data from the electronic pen, extracts a tag file corresponding to the smart tag according to the analysis result, and reproduces the inspection result according to the user record in the tag file. 본 발명은 전자 펜과 스마트 태그를 이용한 시설물 관리시스템과 그 방법을 개시하는 것으로, 본 실시예의 시설물 관리시스템은, 시설물의 점검 결과를 기록하고, 기록된 정보를 전자장치에 입력하여 관리하는 시설물 관리시스템에 있어서, 표면에는 특정 시설물에 대한 정보를 포함하는 태그 정보와 사용자 기록 정보를 식별할 수 있는 코드 패턴이 형성되는 스마트 태그, 사용자의 조작으로 상기 스마트 태그에 점검 결과를 기록하고, 동시에 상기 코드 패턴에 기초한 펜 데이터를 수집하는 전자 펜, 및, 상기 전자 펜으로부터 펜 데이터를 수신 및 분석하고, 분석한 결과에 따라 상기 스마트 태그에 대응하는 태그 파일을 추출하여 상기 태그 파일에 사용자 기록에 따른 점검 결과를 재현하는 관리 단말기를 포함한다.
