Summary:An unmanned aerial vehicle-base station (UAV-BS) providing communication service and location service, a wireless communication system including the same, and a method of providing communication service and location service can be disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the UAV-BS can comprise: a communication unit periodically transmitting a positioning message while circling above a plurality of ground terminals, and receiving a terminal position information on the positioning message from the plurality of ground terminals; a position determination unit determining the position for providing communication service and location service to the plurality of ground terminals based on the terminal position information; and a service provision unit providing communication service and location service to the plurality of ground terminals based on the position. Therefore, the cost and time required for providing services can be reduced. 통신 서비스 및 위치 서비스를 제공하는 UAV-BS(unmanned aerial vehicle-base station), 이를 포함하는 무선 통신 시스템, 및 통신 서비스 및 위치 서비스 제공 방법이 개시될 수 있다. 일 실시예에 따른 UAV-BS는 복수의 지상 단말의 상공에서 선회 비행하는 상태에서 측위 메시지를 주기적으로 송출하고, 복수의 지상 단말로부터 측위 메시지에 대한 단말 위치 정보를 수신하는 통신부; 단말 위치 정보에 기초하여 복수의 지상 단말에 통신 서비스 및 위치 서비스를 제공하기 위한 위치를 결정하는 위치 결정부; 및 위치에 기초하여 복수의 지상 단말에 통신 서비스 및 위치 서비스를 제공하는 서비스 제공부를 포함할 수 있다.
