Summary:The present invention relates to a manual pipe bending device having convenience of bending operation improved, wherein an external gear is formed on the outer circumferential surface of a bending shoe, an operating latch engaged with the same is included to facilitate the rotating operation of a worker pressing and raising an operation lever in bending a pipe by rotating the operation lever, and the bending shoe can be rotated by a predetermined angle when the operation lever is pressed once, so the pipe can be bent constantly by a predetermined amount, thereby facilitating bending operation and expecting a constant bending angle. The external gear is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the bending shoe constituting the pipe bending device, and an operation latch, which is rotated by a third rotational axis and has an end engaged with the external gear, and an elastic means for applying an elastic force to the operation latch are included between operation parts. 본 발명은 밴딩슈 외주면에 외치기어을 형성하고 이와 맞물리는 작동래치를 구비하여 작업자가 작동레버를 회동시켜 파이프를 밴딩시킴에 있어 작업자의 작동레버를 누르고 들어올리는 회동 작업이 편리하면서도 작동레버의 1회 누름시 정해진 각도로 밴딩슈가 회전될 수 있어 이로 인해 파이프가 정해진 양만큼 일정하게 밴딩될 수 있어 밴딩 작업이 수월하면서도 일률적인 밴딩각을 기대할 수 있는 밴딩 작업의 편의성을 증진시킨 수동식 파이프 밴딩 장치에 관한 것으로, 파이프 밴딩 장치를 구성하는 밴딩슈의 외주면에는 외치기어가 형성되고, 작동부 사이에는 제3 회동축에 의해 회동되고 단부가 상기 외치기어에 물리는 작동래치와, 상기 작동래치에 탄성력을 부여하는 탄성수단이 구비되는 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다.
