The present invention relates to a window type air conditioner refrigerator including a thermoelectric module, and more specifically, comprises: a case part installed on a window to be able to be attached and detached; a refrigeration part located inside the case part and storing items stored inside at a low temperature; an inner flow path part for forming a path through which air moves along the outer circumference of the refrigerating part located inside the case part; a heat exchange part located inside the inner flow path part and supplying cold air to the inner flow path part; a machine room part installed in a space partitioned from the refrigeration part, connected to the heat exchange part and supplying refrigerant for heat exchange to the heat exchange part; and a thermoelectric module installed on the refrigeration part to supply cold air, which is generated by the Peltier effect, to the inside of the refrigeration part.
