Summary: | In accordance with one embodiment of the present invention, provided is a liquefied hydrogen carrier. In accordance with one embodiment of the present invention, the liquefied hydrogen carrier includes: a hull; a fuel tank installed on the hull and storing liquefied natural gas; at least one cargo tank installed on the hull and storing liquefied hydrogen; a combustion engine generating power by combusting the liquefied natural gas supplied from the fuel tank and intake air cooled by an air cooler; a boiler generating steam by receiving at least one of first boil-off gas generated by the spontaneous vaporization of the liquefied natural gas in the fuel tank and second boil-off gas generated by the spontaneous vaporization of the liquefied hydrogen in the cargo tank; and an absorptive cooler cooling a working fluid circulating through the air cooler by using steam as a heat source. Therefore, the present invention is capable of lowering a fuel consumption rate through an improvement in combustion efficiency.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 의해 액화수소 운반선이 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 액화수소 운반선은, 선체와, 선체에 설치되며 액화천연가스를 저장하는 연료탱크와, 선체에 설치되며 액화수소를 저장하는 적어도 하나의 화물탱크와, 연료탱크로부터 공급되는 액화천연가스와, 에어쿨러에서 냉각된 흡입공기를 연소하여 동력을 생성하는 연소기관과, 연료탱크에서 액화천연가스가 자연 기화하여 생성된 제1 증발가스와, 화물탱크에서 액화수소가 자연 기화하여 생성된 제2 증발가스 중 적어도 하나를 공급받아 스팀을 생성하는 보일러, 및 스팀을 열원으로 하여 에어쿨러를 순환하는 작동유체를 냉각시키는 흡수식냉동기를 포함할 수 있다. |
