Summary:A method and apparatus for continuous mass production of graphene using thermal plasma are disclosed. The method for continuous mass production of graphene using thermal plasma, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: generating plasma by injecting an inert gas into a plasma device; injecting expandable graphite and graphite Intercalation compounds (GICs) into the plasma device by adjusting the injection speed; exfoliating graphene by expanding the expandable graphite and GICs by thermal plasma treatment; drying the exfoliated graphene with hot air; and obtaining dried graphene. As a result, graphene having various expansion rates can be produced. 열 플라즈마를 이용한 그래핀 연속 대량 제조 방법 및 장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 열 플라즈마를 이용한 그래핀 연속 대량 제조 방법은, 비활성 가스를 플라즈마 장치에 주입하여 플라즈마를 발생시키는 단계, 팽창 흑연(Expandable graphite) 및 인터컬레이션 흑연(Graphite Intercalation Compounds : GIC)을 주입 속도를 조절하여 상기 플라즈마 장치에 투입하는 단계, 팽창 흑연 및 인터컬레이션 흑연이 열 플라즈마 처리에 의해 팽창되어 그래핀이 박리되는 단계, 박리된 그래핀을 열풍에 의해 건조시키는 단계, 및 건조된 그래핀을 수득하는 단계를 포함한다. 이에 의해, 다양한 팽창률을 가지는 그래핀을 생산할 수 있다.
