An apparatus and a method for recovering investment information considering scale-out are disclosed. An investment information recovery method considering scale-out according to an embodiment of the present application comprises the steps of: performing a scale-out of newly allocating a server which provides investment information to a user terminal through an investment information service; collecting first investment information from an exchange server; storing the first investment information in a new server newly allocated by scale-out; collecting second investment information not included in the first investment information from an existing server before the scale-out; and storing the second investment information in the new server.
