Summary:Provided is a network exposure function for opening time synchronization service to an application function (AF), through the steps of: receiving a time synchronization service request including time synchronization information for time synchronization service from an AF located outside a mobile communication system; and transmitting, when a protocol data unit (PDU) session is established between a session management function (SMF) and the AF of the mobile communication system, the time synchronization information to the SMF. 이동통신 시스템의 외부에 위치한 AF로부터 시간 동기화 서비스를 위한 시간 동기화 정보를 포함하는 시간 동기화 서비스 요청을 수신하는 단계, 그리고 이동통신 시스템의 SMF 및 AF 사이에 PDU 세션이 설정되면, 시간 동기화 정보를 SMF에게 전달하는 단계를 통해 상기 AF에게 시간 동기화 서비스를 개방하는 네트워크 익스포저 기능이 제공된다.
