The downward retracted seat comprises: the backrest; the hip support; and a joint device simultaneously performing a rotation mode where a front end part of the hip support is rotated in a lifting direction and is vertically stood and the hip support is rotated based on the backrest to be moved downward and retracted in the lower side of the backrest and a descending mode where the hip support is descended based on the backrest. 본 발명은 엉덩이받이대가 등받이대 하방에 격납될 수 있는 하방 격납형 시트에 관한 것으로서, 등받이대; 엉덩이받이대; 및 상기 엉덩이받이대의 전단부가 들어올려지는 방향으로 회전되면서 세워져서 상기 등받이대 하방으로 내려가서 격납될 수 있도록 상기 엉덩이받이대가 상기 등받이대를 기준으로 회전되는 회전 모드와, 상기 엉덩이받이대가 상기 등받이대를 기준으로 하강되는 하강 모드를 동시에 수행하는 관절 장치;를 포함할 수 있다.
