Summary:The present invention relates to an input system based on an oral-gesture that replaces a mouse and keyboard input of a digital system by sensing the oral-gesture for which is an oral cavity movement and a method therefor, the input system comprising: an oral-gesture sensor module that is connected to a medium in contact with an oral cavity, senses the oral-gesture through the medium, and transmits a sensor output signal due to the oral-gesture; and a control target module that interprets the sensor output signal received from the oral-gesture sensor module as an input command and executes an input of a digital system comprising a mouse and keyboard. 본 발명은 구강의 움직임인 구강제스처를 센싱하여 디지털 시스템의 마우스 및 키보드 입력을 대신하는 구강제스처 기반의 입력 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로서, 구강에 접촉된 매개체와 연결되어 상기 매개체를 통한 구강제스처(Oral-gesture)를 감지하며, 상기 구강제스처로 인한 센서 출력 신호를 전송하는 구강제스처 센서 모듈 및 상기 구강제스처 센서 모듈로부터 수신되는 상기 센서 출력 신호를 입력 명령어로 해석하여 마우스 및 키보드를 포함한 디지털 시스템의 입력을 실행하는 제어대상 모듈을 포함한다.
