The present invention relates to a traction medical device having a novel structure that can effectively pull the lumbar and cervical vertebrae of a patient to alleviate pain. A traction medical device according to the present invention changes each part from a chair type to a bed type by rotating each part in the up and down direction. So, the patient can comfortably get on the traction medical machine and take a correct posture easily. In addition, the upper body and head of the patient are respectively pulled, thereby having an advantage in that the pain part of the patient can be treated more effectively. 본 발명은 환자의 요추와 경추를 효과적으로 견인하여 통증을 완화해줄 수 있도록 된 새로운 구조의 견인치료기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 견인치료기는 각 부분을 상하방향으로 회동시켜 의자형태에서 침대형태로 변환시켜, 환자가 편안하게 견인치료기에 올라가서 정확한 자세를 손쉽게 취할 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 환자의 상체와 머리 부분을 각각 별도로 견인하여, 환자의 통증부분을 더욱 효과적으로 치료할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
