제어 장치는, 피제어 기기 및 촬상 기기(22)에 접속되어 피제어 기기를 제어한다. 제어 장치는, 촬상 기기(22)에 의해서 촬영된, 피제어 기기의 제어에 관한 화상을 나타내는 화상 정보로서, 특정 시각으로부터의 경과 시간을 화상에 관련지어 나타내는 제1 타임 스탬프를 포함하는 화상 정보를 반복하여 수신하는 제1 수신부(41)와, 촬상 기기(22)에 의한 통신의 이력에 관한 통신 정보로서, 특정 시각으로부터의 경과 시간을 나타내는 제2 타임 스탬프와, 그 통신 정보가 송신되는 송신 시각을 나타내는 송신 시각 정보를 포함하는 통신 정보를 수신하는 제2 수신부(42)와, 화상 정보에 의해 나타내지는 화상에 관련지어진 제1 타임 스탬프와, 상기 송신 시각에 대응하는 제2 타임 스탬프와의 비교에 기초하여, 제1 타임 스탬프에 대응하는 대응 시각을 화상에 관련지어 나타내는 관련 정보를 기억부(433, 44)에 격납하는 격납부(43)를 구비한다.
