Summary: | The present invention provides a mold system for electrically assisted pressure joining and forging processes and an electrically assisted pressure joining method using the same. The mold system for electrically assisted pressure joining and forging processes includes: a mold accommodating and supporting a first metal material and a second metal material, which are different from each other, in an inner space having an opening unit on the upper side, wherein the mold includes a lubrication unit, which sprays a volatile lubricant toward the first and second metal materials accommodated in the inner space, on the inner circumference of the inner space; an electrode unit installed on the lower side of the inner space, and selectively applying an electric current to the first and second metal materials accommodated in the inner space; a pressurizing unit pressurizing the first and second metal materials by entering the inner space through the opening unit of the inner space and selectively applying the electric current to the first and second metal materials accommodated in the inner space; a volatile lubricant storage tank storing the volatile lubricant; a volatile lubricant supplying unit connected to the lubrication unit and the volatile lubricant storage tank by a flow path in which the volatile lubricant flows, and selectively supplying the volatile lubricant stored in the volatile lubricant storage tank to the lubrication unit; and a control unit electrically connected to the volatile lubricant supplying unit, and controlling spray pressure of the volatile lubricant. The mold system for electrically assisted pressure joining and forging processes sprays the volatile lubricant onto the surface of the materials through a spray hole formed on the mold during electrically assisted pressure joining and forging processe for the materials to be cooled and lubricated at the same time, so that the friction between the mold and the materials can be controlled. The mold system for electrically assisted pressure joining and forging processes does not generate a residue after processing by spraying the volatile lubricant performing a function of lubrication to reduce production of a defective product caused by the lubricant, enables eco-friendly production by spraying a harmless volatile lubricant, and improves productivity by simplifying a manufacturing process.
본 발명은 이종의 제1금속소재 및 제2금속소재를 상측에 개방부 형성된 내부공간으로 수용시켜 지지하는 것으로, 상기 내부공간의 내주면에는 상기 내부공간에 수용된 제1, 제2금속소재를 향해 휘발성 윤활제를 분사하는 윤활부를 구비한 금형과, 상기 내부공간의 하측에 구비되고, 상기 내부공간에 수용된 제1, 제2금속소재에 선택적으로 전류를 인가하는 전극부와, 상기 내부공간의 개방부를 통해 상기 내부공간으로 진입하여 제1, 제2금속소재를 가압하면서, 상기 내부공간에 수용된 제1, 제2금속소재에 선택적으로 전류를 인가하는 가압부와, 휘발성 윤활제를 저장하는 휘발성 윤활제저장탱크와, 상기 윤활부 및 휘발성 윤활제저장탱크와 휘발성 윤활제가 유동하는 유로로 연결되어, 상기 휘발성 윤활제저장탱크에 저장된 휘발성 윤활제를 선택적으로 상기 윤활부에 공급하는 휘발성 윤활제공급수단, 및 상기 휘발성 윤활제공급수단과 전기적으로 연결되어, 휘발성 윤활제의 분사 압력을 제어하는 제어부를 포함하여, 통전압접 및 단조 중 금형에 형성된 분사홀을 통하여 휘발성 윤활제를 소재들의 표면에 분사함에 따라 소재들의 냉각과 윤활이 동시에 실시되어, 금형과 소재들 간의 마찰을 제어할 수 있고, 상기 윤활 기능을 하는 휘발성 윤활제의 분사로, 가공 후 잔류물이 발생하지 않아, 윤활제에 의한 불량품 생산이 저감되고, 무해한 휘발성 윤활제의 분사로 친환경적인 생산이 가능하며, 제조공정의 간소화로 생산성이 향상되는 통전압접 및 단조 공정용 금형 시스템 및 그 금형 시스템을 이용한 통전압접 방법을 제공한다. |
