Summary: | A water-jet processing apparatus according to the present invention includes: a body in which a mixing flow path extending in a vertical direction is formed; a high-pressure water discharge pipe coupled to an upper side of the body and supplying high-pressure water to an upper end of the mixing flow path; an abrasive material supply pipe coupled to the side of the body and supplying a grinding material to the inside of the mixing flow path; and a nozzle tube which is formed in the shape of a hollow tube with a spraying flow path formed therein, coupled to a lower side of the body, and spraying the grinding material and the high-pressure water mixed in the mixing flow path downward. The whole or part of an inner wall of the spray flow path inside the nozzle tube is formed to be inclined in a direction in which a cross section becomes narrower toward an exit end. According to the present invention, damage to the nozzle tube caused by the grinding material is minimized.
본 발명에 의한 워터젯 가공장치는, 상하방향으로 연장되는 혼합유로가 내부에 형성되는 몸체; 상기 몸체의 상측에 결합되어 상기 혼합유로의 상단으로 고압수를 제공하는 고압수배출관; 상기 몸체의 측방에 결합되어 상기 혼합유로의 내측으로 연마재를 공급하는 연마재공급관; 내부에 분사유로가 형성된 중공관 형상으로 형성되되, 상기 몸체의 하측에 결합되어 상기 혼합유로에서 혼합된 연마재와 고압수를 하향으로 분사하는 노즐관;을 포함하며, 상기 노즐관 내부의 분사유로는 출구단으로 갈수록 단면이 좁아지는 방향으로 내벽의 전체 또는 일부가 경사지게 형성된다. |
