Summary: | Provided is an underground structure construction method capable of segmenting a concrete body, and assembling the body in the rear of a shoe, thereby promoting the shortening of the entire process, and avoiding the propulsion of the concrete body, thereby enabling a propulsion facility to propel only the shoe, and promoting the labor reduction of the propulsion facility for long-range construction. The underground structure construction method, wherein a friction cutter plate is placed on a box-shaped loop which is a rectangular steel tube as a protective hole to be penetrated from a launching vertical hole to an arrival vertical hole, and the box-shaped loop is propelled with the friction cutter plate left therein to switch a column group of the box-shaped loop with the concrete body, thereby constructing an underground structure such as a tunnel or the like, sequentially repeats a concrete body assembly process, a box-shaped loop column group propulsion process and a steel shell body propulsion process, in which the concrete body is composed of segments, which are assembled in the rear of a rectangular or door-shaped steel shell body with a front end made of a shoe, and the column group of the box-shaped loop is moved forward, as the steel shell body is propelled as a propelling reaction body, and then, the concrete body is propelled as a propelling reaction body.
콘크리트함체를 세그먼트화 하고, 슈 후방에서 조립하는 방식이기 때문에, 전체공정의 단축화가 도모되며, 또 콘크리트·함체는 추진하지 않기 때문에, 추진설비는 슈를 추진하는 것만으로 좋으며, 장거리 시공에서는 추진설비의 생력화(省力化)를 도모할 수 있는 지하구조물의 시공법을 제공한다. 방호공으로서의 직사각형 강관(鋼管)인 상자형 루프를 위에 프릭션 커터 플레이트를 배치해 발진 수직구로부터 도달 수직구까지 관통시켜 배치하고, 이 프릭션 커터 플레이트를 남겨놓고 상자형 루프만 추진시켜, 상자형 루프의 열군과 콘크리트함체를 바꿔놓음으로써 터널 등의 지하구조물을 시공하는 지하구조물의 시공법으로서, 콘크리트함체는 세그먼트로 구성하고, 선단을 슈로 한 직사각형 또는 문형의 강제각체 후부에서 이것을 조립하고, 상자형 루프의 열군은 강제각체를 추진 반력체로서 추진시켜, 상자형 루프의 열군의 전진 후, 강제각체를 콘크리트함체를 추진 반력체로서 추진시키는, 콘크리트함체의 조립공정, 상자형 루프의 열군의 추진공정, 강제각체의 추진공정을 순차적으로 반복한다. |
