The present invention relates to an antibacterial and antifungal interior finishing material which has water absorbing and waterproofing functions implemented through a plurality of holes or lines bored on a board and includes nonwoven fabric impregnated with a water-soluble antibacterial and antifungal agent in a dry state on the rear surface, thereby preventing the generation and spread of virus, bacteria and fungi that may propagate in a construction finishing material and indoors; and to a manufacturing method of the antibacterial and antifungal interior finishing material. 본 발명은 보드에 타공된 복수 개의 홀 또는 라인을 통해 수분을 흡습 및 방습할 수 있고, 후면에 수용성 항균 및 항곰팡이제가 건조상태로 함침된 부직포를 포함함으로써 축마감재 및 실내에 번식할 수 있는 바이러스균 및 곰팡이의 발생과 확산을 방지할 수 있는 항균 및 항곰팡이성 실내 건축 마감재 및 상기 항균 및 항곰팡이성 실내 건축 마감재의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
