본 발명은 세라믹-글라스 복합 플레이트에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 CaAlSiN3:Eu, (Ca, Sr)AlSiN3:Eu, Sr2Si5N8:Eu 또는 SrLi2Al2Si2O2N2:Eu인 세라믹 형광체와 Tg점이 530℃ ~ 600℃ 미만인 글래스로 구성되어, 적색의 발광특성을 지녀, 자동차의 브레이크등 등의 적색 발광장치로 이용될 수 있는 세라믹-글라스 복합 플레이트에 관한 것이다. |
