Summary:The present invention relates to a connector for a washing machine capable of maintaining a fastening state of a terminal while a connector is fastened. The connector for a washing machine comprises a female connector installed on a control panel side and a male connector provided on a wire harness. The female connector consists of an electrode sensor, a first housing coupled to the electrode sensor, a flat terminal provided on the electrode sensor and connected to the control panel, and a socket terminal mounted on the first housing and connected to the male connector. A slot, into which the flat terminal is inserted, is formed on the socket terminal. The slit is formed to have a width becoming narrower toward the middle. 본 발명은 커넥터가 체결된 상태에서 터미널의 체결 상태를 유지할 수 있는 세탁기용 커넥터에 관한 것으로, 컨트롤 패널 측에 설치되는 피메일 커넥터와, 와이어 하네스에 마련되는 메일 커넥터를 포함한다. 상기 피메일 커넥터는, 전극 센서와, 상기 전극 센서에 결합되는 제1하우징과, 상기 전극 센서에 구비되고 상기 컨트롤 패널과 연결된 플랫 터미널과, 상기 제1하우징에 장착되며 상기 메일 커넥터와 연결되는 소켓 터미널로 구성된다. 이때, 상기 소켓 터미널에는 상기 플랫 터미널이 삽입되는 슬릿이 형성되되, 상기 슬릿은 중단으로 갈수록 폭이 좁아지도록 형성된다.
