Summary:The present invention relates to a method for improving a lower conception rate by foot-and-mouth diseases vaccination in cattle, which can provide an ovulation synchronization method that can improve the decline in fertility in cows by utilizing the acute immune response and ovulation delay following vaccination with cattle foot-and-mouth disease. The present invention relates to the method for improving the lower conception rate of cows by foot-and-mouth diseases vaccination which comprises the following steps: administering foot-and-mouth disease vaccine to cows; primary administering 500 to 600 μg of primary GnRH 6 days after administration of the foot-and-mouth disease vaccine; administering 20 to 30 mg of PGF2α 7 days after the first GnRH administration; secondary administering 200 to 300 μg of secondary GnRH 2 days after PGF2a administration; and performing artificial insemination 1 day after the secondary GnRH administration. 본 발명은 소 구제역 백신접종에 따른 소의 수태율 저하를 개선하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 소 구제역 백신접종에 따른 급성 면역반응 및 배란지연을 활용하여 암소의 수태율 저하를 개선할 수 있는 배란동기화 방법을 제공할 수 있다.
