The present invention relates to a handpiece which is on a laser treatment machine used for medical purposes and to be gripped and manipulated by an operator. More specifically, the present invention relates to an easy-to-use handpiece combined with a laser resonator, in which a body with a built-in laser resonator that generates a laser beam and a frame with an irradiation tip are directly connected while securing the concentricity, wherein the frame is inserted and coupled to the body in a slidable manner so as to be easily attached and detached therefrom, and the frame can rotate while being coupled to the body. The handpiece combined with a laser resonator according to the present invention comprises: a body in which the laser resonator is embedded; and a frame which has an irradiation tip that irradiates an affected site with a laser beam outputted from the laser resonator. The frame is inserted and coupled to the body in a slidable manner, the frame coupled to the body can rotate, and a rod of the laser resonator is concentrically arranged on the body. 본 발명은 의료용으로 사용되는 레이저 시술기에서 시술자가 파지하여 조작하는 핸드피스에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 레이저빔을 생성하는 레이저공진기를 내장한 바디와 조사팁이 구비되는 몸체가 동심을 갖고 직결되고, 몸체는 바디에 슬라이드방식으로 삽입되어 결합되, 간편하게 착탈 가능하고, 결합된 상태에서 회전이 가능하며, 사용이 편리한 레이저공진기 결합형 핸드피스에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 레이저공진기 결합형 핸드피스는 레이저공진기를 내장하는 바디; 상기 레이저공진기에서 출력되는 레이저빔을 환부로 조사하는 조사팁이 구비되는 몸체;를 포함하는 레이저공진기 결합형 핸드피스에 있어서, 상기 몸체는 상기 바디에 슬라이드방식으로 삽입되어 결합되고, 상기 바디에 결합된 상기 몸체는 회전이 가능하고, 상기 레이저공진기의 로드는 상기 바디의 동심에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
