Summary: | The present invention relates to a pretreatment method of a biological sample containing a keto-enol convertor drug, a sample pretreated thereby, and a quantitative analysis method for the pretreated sample and, more specifically, to a method for treating a biological sample containing a keto-enol convertor drug, which exists as mainly a reducing agent in vivo after drug administration even though the drug itself is an oxide object like a quinone-based drug, by an oxidizing agent and then incubating it to be pretreated, a sample pretreated thereby, and a quantitative analysis method for the pretreated sample.
본 발명은 케토-엔올 변환체 약물을 함유하는 생체 시료의 전처리 방법 및 이에 의하여 전처리된 시료, 및 이 전처리 시료에 대한 정량 분석 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, 퀴논계 약물과 같이 약물 자체는 산화체이지만 약물 투여후 생체 내에서는 주로 환원체로 존재하는 케토-엔올 변환체 약물을 함유하는 생체 시료를 산화제로 처리한 후 인큐베이션하여 전처리하는 방법 및 이에 의하여 전처리된 시료, 및 이 전처리 시료를 정량 분석하는 방법에 관한 것이다. |
