Summary: | The present invention relates to a stratospheric moisture measuring device, which can accurately measure the concentration (relative humidity) of trace amounts of water distributed in the stratosphere, a radiosonde including the same, a calibration method of the moisture measuring device, and a moisture measuring method using the same. To this end, provided is the stratospheric moisture measuring device comprising: a flow pipe (140) through which stratospheric wind (60) passes; a first quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) module (150) installed in the flow pipe (140) and outputting a first frequency (f_1) according to the amount of moisture; a second QCM module (180) installed in the flow pipe (140) and outputting a second frequency (f_2) according to the amount of moisture; and a communication means transmitting the first and second frequencies (f_1, f_2), wherein the amount of polymer in a first polymer layer (152) of the first QCM module (150) is more than that of the second polymer layer (182) of the second QCM module (180).
