Summary: | The present invention relates to a method for implementing a system, which allows a data subject to exercise data sovereignty during a process of collecting, storing, analyzing, using, and providing information in a system in which an IoT device is installed and which utilizes personal location information generated from the IoT device. The method generates a public key and a private key using a public key encryption algorithm, encrypts and stores personal location information generated during a service process as the public key, and allows only an authorized data subject to decrypt the information utilizing the private key to analyze, use and provide information, thereby proactively preventing damage due to personal information leakage.
본 발명은 사물인터넷(IoT) 디바이스를 설치하고 IoT 디바이스에서 발생하는 개인위치정보를 활용하는 시스템에서 정보를 수집, 저장, 분석, 이용 및 제공하는 과정에 정보주체가 데이터 주권(Data Sovereignty)을 행사 할 수 있도록 시스템을 구현하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 공개키 암호 알고리즘을 활용하여 공개키, 개인키를 생성하고, 서비스 과정에 발생하는 개인위치정보를 공개키로 암호화하여 저장하고, 권한이 있는 정보주체만 개인키를 활용하여 복호화하여 정보를 분석, 이용, 제공하도록 하여 개인정보 유출에 따른 피해를 사전에 차단하는 효과가 있다. |
